Refund policy
At Avar Earth, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your vegan footwear or accessories, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition 
- 
All tags must be attached 
- 
Items must be returned in original packaging (e.g., boxes, bags, or protective wrapping) 
- 
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) 
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- 
Custom or personalised products 
- 
Gift cards 
- 
Sale or discounted items (unless defective, as per Singapore law) 
- 
Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products) 
- 
Perishables (e.g., food, plants) 
- 
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases 
If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or misrepresented, your statutory rights under Singapore law (e.g., Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and “Lemon Law” provisions) still apply—even for sale items.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

Once approved, we’ll provide: - 
A return shipping label

Instructions for sending your item back

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless: - 
The item is defective

We sent the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is:

Return the original item (following the return process above) 
- 
Place a new order for the desired item 
Exchange requests are subject to availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome:

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days or, post confirmation, can be immediately refunded to Credits that can be used for any future pruchases.

Shipping charges are non-refundable 
- 
Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund 
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the funds, please contact us at info@avarearth.com
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect 
We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection laws, including remedies for defective goods under the Lemon Law within six months of delivery.
